Nimir-Raj Jan 8, 2019 @ 2:09am. Balanced = Adds XP to all skill slots in a 'balanced' way. Focused = XP only goes to that specific skill. For hired drivers it makes little difference how you do it really. I focus on High Value, Fragile and ADR until the have 1 level in each just so that they have a wider selection of jobs to take.
They do work in MP, but as you've seen, you only get their earnings sporadically. You have to Sleep, Fast Travel to a garage, use F7 and get rescued to a Repair Shop, use a Train/Ferry crossing, or visit a Truck Dealer. One of those actions will force a sync and cause the game to calculate employee earnings. #1.That result in a negative income, because they still have expenses for fuel and so on. That will be better over time, when your drivers levelling up. Yes, but as i said i don't mean that, that also gives a different, much longer, text in the navigator. But here it just says "Income: -1000€ (Driver Name here)". #5.
Volvo pros: most powerful trucks in the game (even for specs, models and trims), best safety tech (perhaps) and decent quality interior. Good cheap models to purchase for employees. Volvo cons: design is on the conservative side, that too Volvo trucks are generic choices, making it feel rather boring. p222s.
