Yes and no. Yes in the sense all TVs support 60hz. Eg. 60fps. But itโs not that simple. Tv latency etc is also important. Samsung TVs have a gaming mode which tries to lower that. So check for that if you have the setting. It turns off all the picture processing like blur, noise reduction and movie motion mode which everyone hates anyway. Here, Xbox Series S runs at a lower resolution than Xbox One X, but delivers high quality effects. Quite why Series S doesn't get a 60fps mode is genuinely baffling. Next up on the version rundown
In that case, no, almost none do. Most give you performance options, something like 4K or dynamic 4K at 60 fps, or a lower res at 120 fps (usually something like 1080p or at best 1440p). There are exceptions - Ori 2 runs at 4K and 120fps and looks absolutely amazing. The Xbox will do 4K/120 over HDMI 2.1.
